Frequently Asked Questions
How can I prepare for my Brazilian Bikini Wax?
Make sure the hair is about 1/4″ long (that is about two weeks of no shaving). You can take ibuprofen 30 minutes before your visit. This may help with the discomfort.
Can I get a Brazilian Wax while being pregnant?
Yes! However, please consult this with your doctor. In the same scenario, like when you are menstruating you could be more sensitive during your wax and after.
Can I get a Brazilian Wax while being on my period?
Yes! However, you could be more sensitive during your wax and after. Please wear a clean tampon and an optional ibuprofren 30 min before your service as it may help with any discomfort.
When should I not wax?
1. If you have any sunburn or laser burn.
2.If you are using any Retin-A, Renova, etc
3. If you are using Accutane.
“Do Not” after waxing?
*Do not put on any oils, creams, etc. other than the homecare directions your Wax Specialist adviced. You don’t want to get that beautiful skin even more irritated.
*Do not go tanning right after waxing as the area is more sensitive. Remember, waxing is an exfoliator. We recommend waiting about 48 hrs.
Allow your skin to heal and hair follicles to close. You want to prevent any further skin irritation
