Medical Device AssemblerThe Medical Device Assembler will assemble, inspect, and document medical device components while maintaining precision and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.We're Looking For Someone Who:Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalentHas previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience (preferred)Is comfortable working with small components, hand tools, and microscopesDemonstrates strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detailCan read, understand, and follow written work instructions and standard operating proceduresCan perform visual inspections and identify defects or quality issuesCan maintain accurate production records and follow established safety and quality proceduresWhat You'll Do:Assemble small medical device components according to detailed work instructions.Inspect components and finished products for defects and quality issues.Use hand tools, microscopes, and other assembly equipment as needed.Follow standard operating procedures and maintain consistent product quality.Record production activities and inspection results accurately.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow applicable cleanroom procedures and wear required protective equipment.Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.Why You'll Love Working Here:Weekly payPaid sick leaveHealth, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more
